For every client, we strive to provide a quality building experience from initial ideas to completion. We do this by working closely with you and your Architect with a small dedicated team that can respond to your needs.

We really enjoy bespoke buildings and houses that have a unique difference or architectural edge, but that does not mean we don’t enjoy building a simple sun deck or renovation.

With over 40 years combined experience we have worked on a wide and varied range of projects from Cafe and Bar interiors to Architectural Award Winning Boutique Accommodation.

With experience in all aspects of the building trade from commercial through to high-end residential construction we are able to offer the services you require with the quality you should expect.

About Johnny Phillips 

Johnny has worked on a variety of projects nationally and overseas, including roofing and building storage facilities throughout the United States, to commercial offices and apartment construction in the United Kingdom.

In recent years he has been involved in building boutique accommodation, renovating and building new high-quality homes in Hawke’s Bay.

About Glen Downie 

Glen has been involved in the building industry for over 27 years.  This has included various projects from a year in the Cook Islands, building the Pacific Resort Aitutaki, to six months as a base carpenter for Scott Base in Antarctica.

He then spent four years as a project manager for a commercial construction and fit out the company.

Since moving to Hawke’s Bay, he has enjoyed a successful business partnership with Johnny and always looks forward to working with new clients – creating new homes, renovation and other building projects.
